About Us

Services provided by the local CAC include forensic interviews, medical evaluations, parent education, linking families to advocacy, and case review.  Having a CAC in our local community allows us to collect and analyze data about local child abuse trends, and it reduces the financial costs and time burdens for families not having to travel outside of the county for needed services.

All referrals to the CAC come from Child Protective Services and Law Enforcement.  Evaluations are performed in collaboration with our community partners.  The goal is to reduce the number of interviews that a child must endure. child advocacy
